Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The New Mission Terrace Improvement Association and Roxie Market co-sponsor an annual Easter Egg Hunt at Balboa Park each year. The Easter Bunny always makes an appearance and Easter Egg Hunts are available for all age groups.

Annual Fourth of July Parade and Barbeque
The New Mission Terrace Improvement Association and Roxie Market co-sponsor a neighborhood Fourth of July Parade and Barbeque each year. Neighbors march through the neighborhood to Balboa Park where a free barbeque and entertainment are provided. The 2006 event included a clown show for kids of all ages and a fire department exhibition.
